Normally it takes 1-3 business days for the warehouse to process an order. If the order contains handmade products, the processing time will be longer. Order delivery normally takes additional 7-15 days, varying by countries.
Customs Fee
Customs fee is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on local rules and policies. Normally most customs fees are paid by us (except Brazil, etc).
Return
Hassle-Free Return service is available. Our return service lasts 14 days from delivery date. If it is due to Coquette Dolly's fault, the shipping fee of return will be borne by us. Otherwise, customers need to pay for the shipping fee to send it back.
